Mike is the engine behind your dispatch operation. The moment Dan finishes intake, Mike gets to work.

He runs a GPS-based vendor search — using haversine distance calculations across a database of 65,000+ vendors — to find the nearest available service providers for the job.

Then he starts calling. Directly. The vendor's phone rings and the caller ID shows "ROAD RESCUE NET."

Mike gives the vendor the job details: service type, vehicle info, location, and estimated pay. If the vendor accepts, Mike updates the dispatch ticket with the vendor name, acceptance time, and ETA. He notifies the customer and the dispatcher.

If the vendor declines or doesn't answer? Mike automatically cascades to the next closest vendor. And the next. And the next. He doesn't stop until the job is covered.

Mike's system prompt is over 12,000 words — he knows every scenario, every edge case, every objection. He has three tools at his disposal: get_job_details, accept_job, and decline_job.
